This Determination of Ownership is issued pursuant to 67 TTC Section 109. After due
public and private notice to all parties of record and a public hearing held by the Land
Registration Team of the Municipality ofSdi Pdtl
the Team has determined that the real property located inSan Roque
and described as follows:

Accordingly, unless an appeal is taken to the TRIAL DIVISION OF THE HIGH COURT

names of all persons or groups of persons holding an interest in the property as described
in this determination.
