1. Under section 68 of the Land Registration Act 1925, this

Land Registrar on every entry in the register of a disposition by the
registered proprietor of the land and on every transmission thereof.
2. No endorsement, note, notice or entry made in this certificate other
than those officially made at H.M. Land Registry shall have any operation.
3. All persons are cautioned against altering, adding to or otherwise
tampering with this certificate or any document annexed thereto.
