1 January 1953-A Conveyance dated 27 April 1918 and made between (1) John
Brown (Vendor) and (2) Harold Robins (Purchaser) contains the following
covenants.
"And the Purchaser far himself his heirs and assigns hereby covenants with
the Vendor and his assigns at all times hereafter to observe and perform all
and every of the stipulations and conditions contained in the Schedule
hereto.
THE SCHEDULE above referred to
1. No building to be erected on the land shall be used other than as a
private dwellinghouse.
2. No building to be erected as aforesaid shall be converted into or used as
flats, maisonettes or separate tenements or as a boarding house.
3. The front garden of the premises shall at all times be kept in neat and
proper order and condition.
4. No aerial posts or wires erected upon or over the premises shall be of an
unsightly appearance or be otherwise calculated to cause any annoyance or
damage to the owners or occupiers of any adjoining property.
