COMPUTERVISION
Already a leader in the development of sophisticated
mapping techniques, Computervision are investing even
further in this growing area by expanding their Centre of
Excellence for Mapping which provides support to client
companies throughout Europe and develops new pro
ducts for worldwide use.
To staff these functions, which will be based in Rotter
dam, we wish to recruit a highly talented multi-national
team of Engineers.
Sales Support Engineer
In this function you work closely with our European sales
force to promote our products. Activities include
demonstrations, benchmarks and presentations to po
tential customers.
Technical Marketing Engineer
You will be in close contact with the market to analyse the
needs, write specifications, coach and monitor software
development.
Both functions deal with a wide range of Mapping ap
plications in the Utility Industry, Civil Engineering
firms and Municipalities.
Frequent travel within Europe is a necessity.
You should be fluent in English and have a degree in Civil
Engineering or Geodesy with at least five years' ex
perience in Utility or Municipal Mapping or a related
function. A good knowledge of FORTRAN programming
is essential and CAD experience would be particularly
useful.
In addition you should possess highly developed plan
ning and problem solving as well as contactual skills.
