De bouw van de referentiestations heeft de nodige tijd ge
kost, omdat bij het maken van stabiele en robuuste an
tenne-opstellingen rekening moest worden gehouden met
zaken als funderingen en bouwvergunningen (fig. 2). De
verwachting is dat alle stations zeer binnenkort in de lucht
zijn. De rekencentrum-software is inmiddels voor een deel
opgeleverd. De afronding zal nog enige maanden vergen.
De vier betrokken partijen bereiden,
parallel aan de realisatie van het proto
type AGRS.NL, de exploitatie voor.
Zoals het er nu naar uitziet, zal dit
resulteren in een samenwerkingsover
eenkomst tussen het Kadaster en de
MD om gezamenlijk de exploitatie
The Active GPS Reference System (AGRS) is a network of five permanent GPS (Global Positioning System) reference stations in the Netherlands and a GPS data
processing and archiving centre. The AGRS data will be mainly used for precise positioning applications
The AGRS is curreltly under construction, as are these WWW-pages. At the moment four of the planned five reference stations are operational, namely
Delft, Kootwijk, Eijsden and Terschelling. Westerbork is expected to become operational later this year. Starting around beginning of November, data
from the reference stations can be downloaded from these pages. Stay tuned
