werk. Wanneer er geen relatie is met een ingeschreven stuk,
zal aan een ondergronds werk geen afzonderlijke kadastrale
aanduiding worden toegekend. De aanwezigheid van een
ondergronds bouwwerk is dan alleen kenbaar als kadastrale
topografie. De registratie in het KVS zal plaatsvinden over
eenkomstig fig. 2.
Met de genoemde maatregelen gaat het Kadaster inspelen
op het steeds belangrijker worden van ondergronds bou
wen.
Underground constructions and the cadastral consequences
The need to use the underground space in the Netherlands
for specific „disturbing" functions like transport and storage
facilities is increasing. Two major reasons are the lack of space
aboveground and the preservation of the environment. This
article describes the possible consequences of cadastral registra
tion and mapping of ownership and use of underground buil
dings and utility constructions in relation with the cadastral
parcels above.
