Urban investment strategies
In order to prevent deterioration of
towns, and maintain the positive quali
ties of cities and towns, continuing in
vestments are of crucial importance.
These investments must be based upon
a thorough and coherent plan for the fii-
ture. Such a plan is alsol requiredfor government grants. In the
urban development policy the central issues are: municipal
strategy and communication.
