Summary
Surveying education in Namibia
Part of IPC's INSHURD Project in
Namibia is the development and imple
mentation of basic land measuring cour
ses for the Ministry of Lands, Resettle
ment and Rehabilitation at the Poly
technic of Namibia. This one-year cour
se should cater to the need for practically
skilled human resources to implement
the national land policy and the flexible
land tenure system in Namibia. In the
future the course could, combined with
other basic courses, develop in to full-
fleged national diploma courses.
