looking for a professional and enthusiastic:
As a Support Analyst within the Technical Support Group, you will provide world class support
to our partners and customers pertaining to Bentley products and the hardware/software
systems that are used in conjunction with those products. The Technical Support group is
located at Bentley European Eleadquarters in Eloofddorp, The Netherlands.
Answer technical questions about Bentley's products via phone, email or on-site visits
Maintain a knowledge of current MicroStation, GIS and other Bentley distributed
software functionality
Provide training and consultancy support to the regional offices and distribution
partners
Provide input regarding support issues pertaining to Bentley products
Relevant education level, preferably in GIS or IT
Experience in G1S/CAD (application/support-analyst or development),
MicroStation knowledge is an advantage
General knowledge of aspects like Remote Sensing, GIS data-conversion,
Digital Terrain Modeling, Photogrammetry etc.
Knowledge of Relational Database systems (Oracle) on DBA level
Mature analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Experience working in a customer service environment
Ability to work closely with others in a team atmosphere
