Samenvatting
Stelsel Basisregistraties komt nu van de grond
Na jaren van voorbereiding komt nu de realisatie van het stelsel
van basisregistraties van de grond. Doel van dit stelsel is te komen
tot een efficiënt en doelmatig werkende overheid, een goede dienst
verlening en lage administratieve lasten voor de burger. De re
gistraties van adressen, gebouwen, kadaster, geografie en hopelijk
ook de GBKN vormen de basis voor de geo-informatie in Nederland.
De opbouw van de basisregistraties adressen en gebouwen vergt een
forse inspanning van de gemeenten. Tegenover de kosten van ca.
84.000.000,- staat een gekapitaliseerde opbrengst van meer dan
400.000.000,-; een zeer rendabele investering dus.

System of authentic registrations comes to fruition
After years of preparation, the system of authentic registrations is
finally coming to fruition. The aim of this system is to achieve an ef
ficiently operating government, adequate service provision and lo
wer administrative taxes for the people. The registration of addres
ses, premises, cadastral records, topography and hopefully the Lar
ge-Scale Base Map of the Netherlands (GBKN) will together become
the foundation for geo-information in the Netherlands. The creation
of the authentic registrations of addresses and premises by muni
cipalities requires substantial efforts. The financial cost of appro
ximately 84.000.000,- are offset by capitalised proceeds of
400.000.000,-; a highly profitable investment.

Après des années de preparation, la réalisa-
tion du système de Venregistrement de base
prend forme. Le but du système est d'arriver
a une administration efficace et efficiente,
avec un bon service et des charges réduites
pour le citoyen. Venregistrement des adres
ses, des batiments, du cadastre, de la géo-
graphie et, espérons le, du GBKN (la carte
digitale a grande échelle) forme la base de
la géo-information néerlandaise. La realisa
tion des enregistrements de bases des adres-
ses et batiments représente un grand effort
pour les communes. En face de 1'effort des
coüts de n 84.000.000, on trouve un gain de
n 400.000.000, une opération tout a fait
rentable.
