Registratie publiekrechtelijke beperkingen komt van de
grond
Het ministerie van VROM streeft er naar de Wet Kenbaar
heid Publiekrechtelijke Beperkingen (WKPB) op 1 januari
2007 in te voeren. Deze wet heeft een lange voorgeschiedenis
die ook tot uiting komt in de opzet van de wet. Deze opzet
wordt kort beschreven. Vervolgens worden vooral de gevol
gen voor de gemeenten beschreven. Dit betreft onder meer: de
voorbereiding van de invoering met de nodige voorlichting,
de Landelijke Voorziening, de kosten en de rol van de ge
meentelijke afdeling Geo-Informatie.
Summary
Registration of public restrictions gets off the ground
The Netherlands Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and
the Environment aims to introduce the Law on the Provision
of Information on Public Restrictions Concerning Real Estate
on January 1st 2007. This Law has a long history, which also
becomes apparent in its composition. This article briefly des
cribes the composition and then goes on to describe the conse
quences for the municipalities. This encompasses amongst
others the preparation for the introduction of the law, the ne
cessary instruction, the nation-wide provision, the costs and
the role of the municipal geo-information department.

La restriction de droit public de Venregistrement devient
réelle
Le ministère de Vaménagement du territoire (VROM) s'est
donné comme but de promulguer la loi sur la Publicité des
Restrictions de Droit Public (WKPB) au Ier janvier 2007. Cette
loi connait une longue histoire qu'on retrouve dans son des-
sein. Ce dessein est décrit. Ensuite sont traités les implications
pour les communes. Ceci englobe e.a. la preparation a l'intro-
duction de Vinformation nécessaire, 1'équipement rural, les
coüts et le role du service communal de géo-information.
