The Project Manager is responsible for the management
of survey projects. He/She directs and controls the field
teams to ensure the project is executed in accordance
with procedures and to client's specifications-.
Managing projects in all its aspects;
Conduct project briefings including project specific
safety subjects;
Instruct technical support staff on lequirements
for projects;
Ensure projects are executed to client specifications;
Liaise with clients;
Monitor project performance and identify contract
variations;
Liaise with processing and reporting department
on project report requirements.

B.Sc. work and intellectual capabilities with proven
experience in a similar position;
A background in Land Survey or Hydrography;
Affinity with GIS and GPS operations;
A practical hands on mentality (an eye for solutions
instead of problems);
A large amount of independence;
Flexible attitude and a great persistence;
Good social and communicative skills
Team player;
Good computer skills and basic accounting principles;

geographical information. Due to our
expertise in these processes we also offer
interim management services, advice
and software solutions. Fugro-lnpark B.V.
focuses on services, which integrate and link
geographical information in the supply chain.
In addition we are able to work together
with Fugro sister companies and external
partners. Spear heading are activities in
engineering, GIS, large-scale mapping,
laser altimetry (FLI-MAP), laser scanning,
machine guidance, geo monitoring, object
orientation, independent quantity surveying
and underground infrastructure.
The Aerial Acquisition division of Fugro-
lnpark uses an innovative helicopter based
laser aitimetry system. This unique system,
called FLI-MAP, is used for the fast and
detailed mapping of corridors like railways,
power lines, roads, etc. The FLI-MAP
system entails an integration of a scanning
laser, solid-state inertial navigation system,
kinematic GPS technology, digital video
and still images combined with dedicated
software. The system is able to capture
fast and accurate 3D geometry of terrain
features. The FLI-MAP system is certified to
operate worldwide on different helicopters.
In recent years projects have been executed
in Western and Eastern Europe, North and
South America, Malaysia and South Africa.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall
management of the sorvey department. He/She is
responsible for the successful execution and financial
results of the operations, both in the field and the data
processing in the office. Your main tasks will be:
Managing the operational department in all its aspects;
Planning of resources both personnel and equipment;
Conduct project briefings including project specific
safety subjects;
Instruct technical support staff on requirements for
projects;
Ensure projects are executed to client specifications;
Liaise with clients;
Monitor project performance and identify contract
variations;
Liaise with processing and reporting department on
project report requirements.
Position requirements:
The candidate we have in mind is flexible, stress
resistant, has an accurate work practice and a hands
on mentality;
M.Sc. or B.Sc. work and intellectual capabilities;
A proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar
position;
•A background in Land Surveyor Hydiography is a pre;
Affinity with GIS and GPS operations;
A large amount of independence;
Flexible attitude and a great persistence;
Good social and communicative skills
Team player;
Good computer skills and basic accounting principles;
European nationality, willing to relocate to The
Netherlands.
The job-description jr, highlights
During the execution of field projects, you will process
the data collected with the FLI-MAP system. In the
office the data processor works on the preparation of
final products and deliverables. Your main tasks will be:
The processing of the collected data using various
software packages;
The quality control of the raw and processed data;
The preparation of the processed data for delivery to
the client.
Position requirements:
A secondary education or B.Sc.;
Favourably a Land Survey or Hydrography education/
experience;
Affinity with CAD-software, GPS-calculatiori and
adjustments software;
A practical and flexible attitude;
No objections against executing projects abroad;
The right social skills for optimal functioning in a
team;
Take on responsibilities and initiative towards high
quality processing of digital data.
