Oficourse there must be spatial relevance, but this is ofien the case
at provincial level with policy areas such as trajfic and transport,
physical planning, water, nature and the environment. The map
machine has been operational for several months and I-maps are
appearing at ever more places on the provincial Intranet and
Internet sites. They are to be found at www.gelderland.nl or
grouped together at http:llgeodata.prv.gelderland. nl.

Chaque champ d'action, projet ou procede dispose d'une carte T,
c'est-ä-dire sa propre carte interactive, intelligente carte sur
Internet, fiaisant partie integrale des informations d'ensemble
disponibles sur un sujet, soit pour utilisation propre, soit pour des
clients. II s'agit d'un ejfort de prevoir la serie appropriee de cartes,
les bonnes metadonnees et la fonctionnalite correspondante.
Avec la 'machine carte'dispose la Province de Gelderland d'une
methode pour satisfaire ces exigences qui doivent naturellement
etre en relation avec l'espace ce qui est, pour la plupart, le cas avec
la politique de provinces relative aux secteurs tels que
communication et transport, amenagement du territoire,
hydrographie, environnement. Cette machine est depuis quelques
mois operationnelle et ces 'I' cartes font leur apparition sur des
sites Internet ou Intranet de plus en plus nombreux;
