method employed for the Cadastre having been Indicated, some methods
of verifying the plans are discussed.
The results are also given of trial measurements, the object of which was
to see what the photogrammetric office and its staff could do, using available
instruments. These results are favourable and suggest the need for caution
in judging the value of terrestrial re-measurement. Practical tests are now
being made to ascertain to what extent photogrammetric methods can be
introduced for keeping Cadastral records.
